Job summary

Protouch Staffing in Pittsburgh seeks an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee six properties, manage rent collection, enforce leases, and conduct move-in/move-out inspections. The role requires driving to sites daily and coordinating with maintenance staff to uphold property standards.

You will handle applications, screenings, lease execution, renewals, and move-outs, while monitoring market rates and reporting to senior operations on performance and resident issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management experience.
• Active collections management experience.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law and eviction processes is valuable.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver\'s license and reliable vehicle.
• RentManager experience strongly preferred; property management software required.
• Strong organizational capacity across multiple properties and priorities.
• Comfortable managing maintenance staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Walk six properties on a regular schedule inspecting all areas.
• Manage rent collections and delinquency enforcement with calls, notices, and payment plans.
• Enforce lease compliance and handle violations with proper notices.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and routine unit checks.
• Manage the full tenant lifecycle: applications, screening, leases, renewals, move-outs.
• Oversee maintenance team performance and accountability for results.
• Research market rates and advise ownership on pricing decisions.
• Maintain accurate RentManager records and reports to senior operations.
