Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance requests, ensuring completion and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee the general property management inbox for timely responses.
• Prepare renewal notices and coordinate to maintain strong occupancy rates.
• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Manage the full scope of unit turnover from inspections to readiness.
• Monitor and manage resident delinquencies to minimize outstanding balances.
• Review and track vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
