Qualifications

• Ability to maintain project calendars and schedules.
• Experience handling project packets, change orders, and customer sign-off documents.
• Ability to coordinate permits and third-party services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules with installers, subcontractors, vendors and customers.
• Maintain the production calendar and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Prepare project packets, work orders, change orders and customer sign-off documents.
• Schedule templates, countertop installations, deliveries and inspections.
• Coordinate permits and third-party services as required.
• Provide operational reporting to the owner.
