Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Brooklyn North is seeking an exceptionally organized Project Coordinator to drive project scheduling, procurement, and client communication from contract signing through final completion in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

You will coordinate with sales, installers, subcontractors, and homeowners, maintain calendars, track materials, and ensure on-time delivery. This in-person role requires strong organization and reliable daily attendance at our Brooklyn office.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with CRM/PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master production calendar from contract to final walkthrough.
• Schedule measurements, material deliveries, installations, and trade partners.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners post-sale and provide updates.
• Place material orders, track shipments, and manage trade schedules.
• Update CRM and project software daily; ensure contracts and deposits are complete.
• Coordinate punch lists, final walkthroughs, warranty items, and client reviews.
