Summit Public Schools is seeking a Special Projects Manager to serve as the right hand to the Dean of Operations, leading school-wide projects, events, and systems with a focus on exceptional service to families, students, and staff.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments to drive operational excellence, student recruitment, and community engagement, ensuring smooth daily operations and meaningful school experiences.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented mindset delivering first-class customer service to families, students, teachers, visitors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating school-wide projects, events, and systems across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy and implementation plan for school-wide projects.
• Plan, organize, and execute school events and experiences such as celebrations of learning.
• Greet visitors and manage front desk operations; maintain welcoming environment.
• Coordinate school-wide data systems and reporting with relevant teams.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment activities and family/community engagement.
