Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Principal Project Manager, Sales Operations to drive strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence.

You will lead select projects from planning through execution and partner with other lead managers to align priorities for Uniti Fiber. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project or program management, strong cross-functional influence, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management, program management, sales operations, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex business environment.
• Strong planning, prioritization, organization, and execution skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects for Uniti Fiber Sales Operations and related functions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as primary project lead on assigned initiatives and ensure delivery of outcomes.
• Support enterprise projects and advocate for Uniti Fiber interests.
• Define scope, objectives, success measures, and resource needs with leaders.
• Drive governance, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Monitor project health and manage risks and interdependencies.
• Support change management and readiness efforts.
• Promote project management best practices across teams.
