Job summary

Uniti Group’s Uniti Fiber unit seeks a Principal Project Manager, Sales Operations to drive strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and BI. You will lead projects from planning through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM/program management with strong communication and influence skills, preferably with telecom/fiber experience and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, PM, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management, program management, sales operations, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Reporting to the **Sr. Director of Operations**, this role will lead high-impact projects that improve operational effectiveness, drive cross-functional alignment, and support business growth.This position will serve in both a **leadership** and **supporting** capacity. The Principal Project Manager will directly lead select projects from planning through execution, while also partnering with other lead project managers on enterprise and cross-functional initiatives to ensure **Uniti Fiber priorities, requirements, and interests are represented effectively**.
