Job summary

Uniti Group’s Uniti Fiber unit seeks a Principal Project Manager, Sales Operations to drive strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and BI. You will lead projects from planning through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PM/program management with strong communication and influence skills, preferably with telecom/fiber experience and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, PM, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management, program management, sales operations, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects supporting Sales Operations and related functions (Sales, Marketing, BI).
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Serve as primary project lead on assigned initiatives; ensure successful execution and business outcomes.
• Support enterprise projects, advocating for Uniti Fiber interests across units.
• Drive governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive updates.
