Uniti Fiber is seeking a Principal Project Manager, Sales Operations to support strategic initiatives across our Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, this role will lead high-impact projects that improve operational effectiveness, drive cross-functional alignment, and support business growth.
This position will serve in both a leadership and supporting capacity. The Principal Project Manager will directly lead select projects from planning through execution, while also partnering with other lead project managers on enterprise and cross-functional initiatives to ensure Uniti Fiber priorities, requirements, and interests are represented effectively. These projects may involve collaboration across multiple business units, including Uniti Fiber, Uniti Solutions, Kinetic, and other organizations within Uniti Group.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong executor who can manage complex initiatives, influence across teams, and bring structure and accountability to fast-moving business priorities.
Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience.
