Luck Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across a portfolio of strategic initiatives. You will shape and execute plans for Greenfields growth, site expansions, and major reconfigurations, coordinating interdependent projects with regional leadership.

You will monitor cost, schedule, and performance, develop annual and long-term plans, and mentor other project managers while resolving complex issues that arise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of construction/mining project management preferred.
• Onsite schedule 8AM-5PM with occasional flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of related projects to ensure program success.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders for active projects.
• Develop annual and long-term plans to support portfolio strategy.
• Guide smaller high-impact projects with technical guidance when needed.
• Facilitate and manage stakeholder requirements and communications.
• Review proposed estimates and project scopes in relation to regional programs.
