Padagis LLC is seeking a senior coordinator to serve as a central point across cross-functional teams, helping to manage project timelines, track key initiatives, and identify gaps or risks. You will partner closely with commercial leadership, operations, finance, IT, and logistics to support execution of growth initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure alignment across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, supply chain or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, sales administrative or operations support, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities, with a track record of driving execution and follow-through.
• Experience building and maintaining project trackers, dashboards and status reporting for leadership visibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating discussions across all levels of the organization, including international teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and stepping into initiatives without a defined owner.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Basic PowerBI knowledge or willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Naloxone Commercial Operations & Process Support activities across teams.
• Support high-demand periods with customer service and operational needs.
• Help improve visibility into returns, inventory, and corporate processes.
• Review shipping methods with logistics to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Maintain shipment tracking and dashboards, including on-time delivery metrics.
• Assist with consolidated invoices, taxes, and transaction fees visibility.
• Coordinate back-end updates for portals and systems and support basic testing.
• Develop understanding of data sources and support enhancements to PowerBI and analytics.
• Maintain agendas, notes, and action items for team and project meetings.
• Track departmental initiatives and provide status, risks, and gaps to leadership.
• Develop and maintain a simple project dashboard for ongoing visibility.
• Learn and apply PowerBI for minor updates to operations reports.
• Coordinate alignment and updates to the TIP tracker.
