Tech Electronics is seeking a detail‑oriented Project & Service Coordinator II to support Project Managers across multiple programs. You will help plan, execute, and oversee projects, coordinate service tickets, and maintain clear communications with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have strong written/verbal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred; PMI-SP or CAPM experience a plus.
• Minimum two years' experience with computer systems and project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of designated projects with Project Managers, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget alignment.
• Support adherence to project management processes, manage resources, scheduling, and documentation.
• Track milestones and status updates; assist with procurement, change orders, and scheduling.
