Job summary

TechServ is seeking a Project Coordinator to supervise a team of engineers and technicians and ensure project success. You will assign tasks, offer guidance, and ensure timelines align with objectives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, team development, and adherence to client specifications and industry standards. Ideal candidates will have production experience and expertise in workplan development and progress tracking, with the ability to present regular updates to management.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, team and leadership.
• Strong leadership to coach and mentor direct reports.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office to manage and update reports.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass drug test, background check, and Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of engineers and engineering technicians to ensure project success.
• Assign tasks, provide ongoing guidance and training to staff.
• Ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Respond promptly to client and organizational changes using approved channels.
• Provide ideas to enhance efficiency and speed in the design process.
• Maintain open communication with team and project leadership.
• Foster a culture of high performance among direct reports.
• Support internal change efforts to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.
