Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience 2–5 years in project coordination or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet timelines.
• Develop and maintain schedules, logs, status reports, and documentation.
• Organize meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor progress and communicate status to managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, procurement, finance, and customers.
