Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Project Sales Representative for commercial foodservice equipment in the Dallas, TX area. The role supports design, bidding, and installation efforts, starting from an office-based onboarding with increasing field flexibility as you establish yourself.

You will review drawings and bid documents, craft competitive proposals, and build trusted relationships with general contractors throughout the bid-to-contract process. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial foodservice equipment or related construction/project sales.
• Strong understanding of bidding processes and contractor decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with estimating/preconstruction teams.

Responsibilities

• Review bid documents and opportunities to determine pursuit.
• Develop project bid strategies based on pricing, specs, and labor needs.
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and manufacturers on pricing and availability.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with general contractors and clients.
• Travel to meetings, sites, and locations as needed within the United States.
