AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. seeks a Contract Sales Executive for a commercial foodservice equipment role in the Dallas, TX area.

The position offers a base salary in the 85k–100k/year range and requires evaluating projects, crafting bid strategies, and building contractor relationships throughout bidding and contracting. Initially based in the office during training, the role provides flexibility as you establish yourself, with travel across the United States to contractor meetings,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial foodservice equipment or related fields.
• Experience with general contractors on large commercial or institutional projects.
• Understanding of commercial construction bidding processes and reading drawings/specs.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, plans, bid documents, and bid packages.
• Evaluate opportunities and determine projects to pursue.
• Develop bid strategies based on contractor relationships, competition, pricing, labor requirements, and manufacturer support.
• Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction teams to prepare proposals.
• Review proposals for scope, exclusions, alternates, substitutions, labor requirements, and value engineering opportunities.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding project-specific pricing, discounts, substitutions, equipment specifications, and availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Participate in bid reviews, bid leveling, scope leveling, and contract negotiations.
• Travel to contractor meetings, jobsites, and project locations within the United States.
