Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial foodservice equipment or contract sales.
• Experience with general contractors on large construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Develop project bid strategies and competitive proposals.
• Coordinate with estimators and preconstruction teams.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and contracts with contractors.
• Travel to meetings and sites as needed within the United States.
