Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. seeks a Contract Sales Executive for Commercial Foodservice Equipment in the Miami area.

The role focuses on evaluating projects, developing bid strategies, and coordinating competitive proposals with general contractors through the bidding and contract-award process. You will review drawings and specifications, build contractor relationships, negotiate terms, and support a smooth transition from contract sales to project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial foodservice equipment or contract sales
• Experience working with general contractors on large construction projects
• Knowledge of bid leveling, scope management and value engineering

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, foodservice plans, equipment schedules, addenda, bid documents, and bid packages
• Develop bid strategies based on contractor relationships, competition and pricing
• Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction teams to prepare proposals
• Review proposals for scope, exclusions, alternates, substitutions, labor requirements, and VE opportunities
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding pricing, discounts, equipment specs, and availability
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, estimators, PMs, owners and developers
• Participate in bid reviews, bid leveling, scope leveling and contract negotiations
• Follow up after proposal submission to address questions and advance opportunities
• Present proposals and negotiate pricing, scope and contracts
• Coordinate with project management post-award to support transition to execution
• Travel to contractor meetings and jobsites within the United States
