Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial foodservice equipment, construction, design-build, estimating, project management, preconstruction, or contract sales.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, plans, bid documents, and bid packages to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate opportunities and determine projects to pursue based on contractor relationships and market conditions.
• Develop project bid strategies considering competition, equipment specs, pricing, labor, and manufacturer support.
• Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction teams to prepare accurate proposals.
