Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Project Procurement Manager in Salt Lake City to lead the project procurement team from FEL through execution, ensuring interfaces with the Client, Project Manager, and Engineering teams. The role requires extensive EPCM procurement experience and strong leadership to deliver on-time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement delivery on EPCM projects environment, with strong project management knowledge and leadership.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary and multi-located teams of professionals.
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication including drafting of commercial terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project procurement team and activities on projects from early FEL phases up to FEL4 execution, including closeout.
• Interface with client and project stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved and risks managed.
• Coordinate and integrate procurement plans into the Project Execution Plan and ensure governance and compliance.
