Qualifications

Typically 10+ years of experience managing studies or projects in the mining and metals industry.
Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills.
Knowledge of earned value management fundamentals.
Excellent communication across all levels including client representatives.

Responsibilities

Embed Hatch values and safety across opportunity identification, pursuit, and delivery.
Develop project scopes, resource estimates, schedules, and budgets.
Set up progress measurement and delivery systems.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, controls, procurement, and environmental disciplines.
Embed value optimization through design reviews and risk analyses.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, environmental objectives, quality requirements and safety protocols.
Foster communication with clients, study teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with commodity directors and leadership to identify opportunities and prepare proposals.
