The role blends project coordination, administrative tasks, systems work, and hands-on warehouse duties, with occasional travel to U.S. sites. Onsite work in our Pewaukee headquarters is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, logistics, warehouse operations, or related field preferred.
• Procore experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with project management, inventory, warehouse, or related business software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work effectively in both an office and warehouse environment.
• Ability to learn new and complex computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of projects involving building automation systems, material handling, storage and rack systems, structures, and related installation work.
• Maintain project schedules, Gantt charts, milestones, task lists, and documentation.
• Monitor progress, resources, tools, materials, and equipment to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain accurate project information in company systems and PM platforms.
• Assist with organization and maintenance of digital project files and records.
• Assist with project documentation in company software including Procore.
• Communicate with Project Managers, customers, vendors, suppliers, field teams, and stakeholders on requirements, timelines and issues.
• Assist with purchase orders, change orders, proposals, reports, invoices, and other docs.
• Receive deliveries and verify materials against shipping documents and orders.
• Organize, package, label, and prepare tools and materials for job sites.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking of tools and materials.
• Help improve processes, workflows, and systems supporting project operations.
