Reich Installation Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Operations and Systems Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of projects involving building automation systems, material handling systems, storage and rack systems, structures, and related installation projects.

This onsite role is based in Pewaukee, WI, with duties spanning office and warehouse responsibilities to keep projects organized and properly documented.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, logistics, warehouse operations, or related field preferred.
• Procore experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with computer systems (MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the planning and coordination of assigned projects involving building automation systems, material handling systems, storage and rack systems, structures, and related installation work.
• Maintain project schedules, Gantt charts, milestones, task lists, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, resources, tools, materials, equipment, and other project requirements to help keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain accurate and timely project information within company systems and project management platforms.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of digital project files, records, documentation, and project data.
• Assist with project information and documentation within company software systems including Procore.
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers, customers, vendors, suppliers, field teams, and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, timelines, deliveries, changes, and issues.
• Assist with purchase orders, change orders, proposals, project reports, invoices, and other project documentation as needed.
• Receive deliveries and verify materials and equipment against shipping documents and purchase orders, or other applicable records.
• Organize, package, label, and prepare tools, equipment, materials and supplies for job sites.
• Assist with inventory management, and tracking of company tools, equipment, materials and supplies.
• Assist with improving and maintaining processes, workflows, documentation, and systems used to support project operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
