Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business project/program management, PMO, portfolio management, or change management.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred.
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned project and program activities by coordinating timelines, milestones, meetings, and follow-up actions.
• Develops project plans, status updates, trackers, and documentation to support execution and reporting.
• Aligns internal teams to collect requirements and maintain alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Evaluates progress, resource needs, and performance data to identify variances and risks.
