Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development, project management and/or business process implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Process-oriented thinking with ability to define and implement complex processes.
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and improve business processes in support of Project Management, IBP and sub-processes.
• Provide project leadership to meet Division strategy and objectives.
• Coordinate activities from R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial.
• Manage projects including market extensions, reformulations, new products, and new processes.
• Act as a contact for IBP process reporting and updates.
• Facilitate projects through PM and IBP processes and resolve conflicts.
• Document project management processes and tools.
• Provide timely business updates on status, resources, risks and decisions.
