Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of broad-based project management experience with large project portfolios.
• 5+ years leading large, high-budget, high-risk projects.
• 5+ years using Project Management software.
• 3+ years managing design control per ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Define strategy and requirements to drive a portfolio of projects.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and risk management plans; monitor progress.
• Maintain detailed program metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Mentor program and project team members; influence and negotiate as needed.
