Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Project Manager in Pleasanton, CA to serve as the liaison between project owners, teams and management. You will manage scope, budget and quality, drive process improvements, and ensure data-driven decisions for the product portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of PM experience, PMP certification, and strong MS Project skills, with travel as needed. Base pay ranges from $90,000 to $180,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development, project management and/or business process implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and cross-functional collaboration.
• PMP Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor and improve business processes in support of Project Management, IBP and sub-processes.
• Provide project leadership to meet Division strategy and objectives.
• Coordinate activities from R&D, Operations, Regulatory, Quality and Commercial.
• Act as a point of contact for IBP process reporting and updates.
• Facilitate project through PM and IBP process to ensure cross-functional team alignment.
