Job summary

Abbott is seeking a senior portfolio leader to drive the Global Strategic Initiatives PMO. You will own governance, prioritization, and the operating model to enable scalable execution of initiatives including global website platforms, AI tools, and marketing roadmaps.

You will partner with BTS/IT, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and delivery excellence across product launches and releases.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in program/portfolio leadership in global, matrixed settings.
• Associate’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into executable portfolio plans and prioritized roadmaps.
• Align all initiatives to product roadmap, IBP, and strategic priorities.
• Lead governance structures, intake, prioritization, and performance tracking.
