Qualifications

• BS or BA required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in marketing or commercial functions, ideally in healthcare with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading commercial teams and managing talent.
• Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies and budgets.
• Strong presentation, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans with financial discipline.
