Job summary

iA (Innovation Associates) seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-size projects and drive them to success with minimal direction. You will guide a cross-functional team of up to 10, including sub-teams for larger programs, across functions to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring activities within budget and time constraints, delivering clear status reports, and proactively managing risks.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams of up to 10 members.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities within time and budget.
• Prepare weekly and milestone status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage subcontractors and project personnel as needed.
• Communicate progress, risks and milestones clearly to stakeholders.
