Job summary

iA is seeking a Systems Manager to serve as the dedicated onsite resource at a new customer site in Boston, MA. This fully onsite role supports initial installation and launch, builds a strong customer partnership, and helps establish day-to-day operations for a reliable automation solution and exceptional customer experience.

You will troubleshoot, monitor system performance, and coordinate with iA teams and vendors to ensure optimal equipment functionality and site success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with FANUC robotics.
• Experience programming PLCs.
• SQL query proficiency.
• PM certification (PMP/CAPM) or Six Sigma/Lean experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 12 weeks during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and optimize efficiency on-site.
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues; ensure timely resolution.
• Manage spare parts inventory with site maintenance.
• Provide after-hours remote support as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and subcontracted vendors to resolve issues.
• Lead regular site meetings to review equipment status.
