Job summary

SNI Technology is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead pharmacy automation implementations for hospitals and healthcare systems across North America. You will manage large-scale projects from contract handoff through implementation, go-live, and customer acceptance.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare or medical technology project management, strong budget control, and superb stakeholder management. Travel and client-facing leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing healthcare, hospital, pharmacy, or medical technology projects.
• Strong experience managing large project budgets and financial performance.
• Proven success delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
• Experience managing customer-facing implementations and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent pharmacy automation implementation projects from kickoff through completion
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and customer expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and lead ongoing status and stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software, hardware, engineering, installation, and training resources
• Review contracts and project specifications to ensure successful execution
• Monitor project milestones and ensure delivery remains on time and within budget
• Manage project-related procurement activities and vendor coordination
• Identify, document, and resolve project issues and risks
• Support customer go-live activities and transition to long-term support teams
• Drive customer acceptance and project closeout processes
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to process improvement initiatives
