Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/CIS/MIS/Engineering or related.
• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans and drive growth; attend customer meetings and present solutions.
• Attend meetings with IT analysts to present the business model and strategy.
• Coordinate with client managers to resolve issues and escalations.
• Organize periodic customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
