You will coordinate with Partners, prepare proposals, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to work with clients professionally are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word).

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Partner in Charge to identify and pursue priority business development opportunities and execute the work to client satisfaction.
• Assist in oversight of client/proposal tracking, including RFPs/SOQs and proposals.
• Prepare labor estimates, schedules and data; assist in fee proposals and contract negotiations; manage project finances.
• Ensure code checks and zoning status are addressed and coordinate with building officials.
• Review documents prior to submission to clients for milestones and progress reports.
• Provide engineering oversight across disciplines and guide design staff.
