Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding enterprise IT staffing and services accounts.

You will engage senior client stakeholders, craft strategic account plans, and work with delivery and leadership teams to ensure successful solutions. The role requires strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, with willingness to travel for client reviews.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Account Management within IT Staffing and/or IT Services & IT Consulting.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise client accounts.
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and driving account expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and increased revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reporting.
