Job summary

Capital One seeks a Project Manager for the PULSE initiative who will drive strategy and execute high-priority projects within the Global Payment Network. You will collaborate with stakeholders, lead Agile teams, and deliver metrics-driven results impacting the bottom line.

You will manage complex projects, develop plans, and mentor team members while maintaining strong communication across the company. This is a senior PM role with opportunities for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 7 Years of Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience using Jira to manage requirements, plan and report metrics.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office and Google Productivity suites.
• At least 2 years Agile, Scrum or Kanban project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed requirements aligned with intent.
• Lead assigned Agile team to ensure delivery and acceptance requirements.
• Report metrics / KPIs on sprint results and share roadmaps for upcoming features.
• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs with strategic direction.
• Develop and manage project plans in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
• Ensure proper documentation to mitigate risk and meet timelines.
• Use problem solving and influencing to ensure plans deliver on intent.
• Partner cross-functionally with project customers for strategic delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments.
• Exhibit influencing skills to drive project and program efforts.
• Demonstrate track record of effective project management in dynamic settings.
• Coach and develop a team of associates through leadership style.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to influence outcomes.
