Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience.
• 2+ years using Jira to manage requirements, plan, and report metrics.
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office and Google productivity suites.
• 2+ years Agile, Scrum or Kanban project management experience.
• MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements aligned with intent.
• Lead Agile team to ensure delivery and acceptance.
• Report KPIs and sprints; share roadmaps for upcoming deliveries.
• Direct moderate to large projects and programs with strategic direction.
• Design and manage project plans in a dynamic environment.

• Partner with project customers for strategic delivery support.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
• Demonstrate strong influencing skills to drive project outcomes.
