Job summary

American Momentum Bank is seeking a Project Manager, Enterprise Initiatives to lead high-visibility cross-functional programs from concept to implementation.

You will partner with executive management and line-of-business leaders across lending, deposits, treasury management, operations, technology, and retail banking to define scope, build execution plans, hold owners accountable to timelines and budgets, and report progress to the executive team and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• Five or more years of project management or strategy experience, preferably in banking.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with measurable results.
• Exceptional written communication; able to produce executive memoranda and Board materials.
• Strong analytical skills including financial modeling and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional initiatives targeting core deposit and lending growth across commercial, retail, and specialty deposit verticals.
• Drive treasury management growth projects — product implementation, onboarding workflow improvement, sales enablement, and pricing/packaging initiatives — in partnership with Treasury Management leadership.
• Translate strategic objectives set by the CEO, executive team, and Board into structured project plans with defined owners, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
• Lead integration planning during acquisitions, conversion planning, and post-close integration.
• Maintain the Bank’s enterprise project portfolio — scope, sequencing, dependencies, resource requirements, budget, and status — and report progress to executive management and the Board.
• Travel approximately 10% of the time throughout the Bank’s Texas and Florida markets to understand market needs and support implementation.
