Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and in compliance with regulatory and risk standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• 5–7 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organization levels.
• Strong change management and agile/project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor timelines.
• Define scope, design, and execution while tracking milestones.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with business partners and tech providers on implementation.
• Support training and adoption through Learning and Development.
