Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee cross-functional initiatives that align with strategic goals. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and in compliance with regulatory and risk standards.

You will coordinate deadlines, assign responsibilities to stakeholders, monitor progress, and provide updates to management, ensuring projects stay within budget and scope. Responsibilities include deployment of internal and vendor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of project lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
• Lead the successful implementation of business-focused processes and projects
• Track progress against goals, milestones and performance indicators; provide status updates
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues as needed
• Work with business partners and technology providers to develop and execute implementation plans
• Work with Learning and Development on training plans and delivery to drive adoption
• Measure adoption rates and adjust processes and procedures as needed
• Drive platform capabilities into business
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal controls and risk management standards
