Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with budgeting and client management experience.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables from scope to completion.
• Develop master budgets and schedules; track progress.
• Coordinate drawings, vendor RFQ/RFPs, and invoices.
• Maintain client relations and report status to stakeholders.
