Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Manager, Small Projects to provide professional project management at client sites, campuses, and facilities. You will coordinate with the property/facility management team and account managers to ensure project success through design and construction phases.

Ideal candidates have extensive PM experience on engineering/construction projects, with hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and strong vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directly related experience in engineering/construction PM
• Hands-on experience with commercial mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, budgets, and timelines for each project and phase to meet objectives
• Keep building management apprised of progress
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews through all design and construction phases
• Assist in selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices with client and property management
