Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager in the Project & Development Services group for the Marion, Ohio area. The role focuses on planning and design of facilities projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring budgets and schedules are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of project management experience, including client relations and construction knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with solid project management skills.
• Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with group direction through performance of routine tasks and establish processes, methods and systems.
• Proactively manage project-related issues on an account or assigned project as necessary.
• Develop scope and schedule project reports and manage drawings for clients, property/facility management team, design and development and constructions phases.
• Ensure success in initiation, planning, execution, and close of all projects against targets.
• Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards and accurate electronic files.
• Prepare agendas and meeting materials, lead meetings, maintain master budgets and timelines.
• Support project implementation through construction and operational readiness plans.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQ’s and RFP’s.
• Review change orders and invoices and manage project financial information.
• Keep building management apprised of progress.
