Job summary

Integrated Systems Corporation (ISCorp) is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, and oversee initiatives from inception to completion. You will act as the main bridge between customers and internal teams, coordinating all facets of projects and driving collaboration for successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes defining objectives, developing plans, managing risks, and delivering high-quality results while maintaining strong customer relationships and clear communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Project Coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate planning meetings and reviews.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with dashboards or reports to monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with leadership.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure accountability for deadlines.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Facilitate project planning meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with goals.
• Monitor and manage project risks, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to track project performance and outcomes.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support as needed.
• Establishes and upholds best practices to ensure uniform quality and delivery standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
