Job summary

ICIMS is seeking an experienced Program/PMO professional to maintain governance artifacts such as PMP, project charters, and integrated schedules. You will develop a Portfolio Management Dashboard to provide executive visibility across the portfolio and lead weekly status meetings with COR.

You will also coordinate budgets, trackers, and monthly progress reports, while facilitating stakeholder sessions and ensuring timely decisions and risk management.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with portfolio governance and project management practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Government-approved PMP, Project Charter, integrated schedule, milestones, RAID Log, and Stakeholder Registry.
• Develop and maintain a Portfolio Management Dashboard for portfolio-wide visibility.
• Lead weekly status meetings with COR and produce Weekly Task Reports.
• Prepare semi-monthly budget and schedule trackers and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums.
• Maintain centralized repositories, action trackers, and risk/issue logs.
• Work with Program Director, Pilot PM, and Communications Specialist for coordinated execution.
• Support development of executive-ready briefing materials for SES, governance, and Congress.
