Interstates is seeking an experienced Systems Project Manager to lead client-facing project delivery for limited-energy and technology systems. This role coordinates execution from contract review through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can align cross-functional teams, manage risks, and translate technical requirements into actionable execution plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering limited-energy, low-voltage, technology, electrical, automation, or related construction projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, estimating, and operations teams to establish project direction, priorities, and delivery strategies.
• Lead the execution of limited-energy systems projects, including structured cabling, security, building automation, and related systems.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk-management strategies.
• Monitor labor, material, subcontract, and equipment costs to align with budgets.
