Job summary

Gonzaba Medical Group seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Operations Excellence Team. You will manage projects through definition, planning, execution, and closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are tracked, while coordinating stakeholders and driving deliverables.

Responsibilities include facilitating meetings, maintaining artifacts (charter, schedule, budget, change logs), and reporting to the Operations Excellence Manager and Executive Director.

Qualifications

• Act as project leader on projects; organize work per team standards.
• Manage outcomes through all project life-cycle stages.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through all phases of project life cycle—definition, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout, with proper documentation of scope, budget, schedule and changes.
• Facilitate project meetings, secure stakeholders, set agendas, capture actions, distribute notes, and follow up to completion.
• Manage projects across IT, Construction, Process Improvement, Vendors, Products, and Business Operations at GMG.
• Meet/exceed KPIs identified for organizational initiatives and projects.
• Control changes to scope, schedule or budget and communicate with the Ops Excellence Manager/Executive Director.
• Create/project artifacts (Charter, Schedule, Budget, QC and Change Control) and keep updated.
• Maintain project artifacts on a regular cadence.
• Drive activities in office, clinic, or construction environments as needed.
