Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong background in process improvement, workflow optimization, or systems implementation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects spanning operations, clinical services, finance, revenue cycle, data, and business systems.
• Drive operational process improvements, workflow standardization, and enterprise initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Manage integration projects related to acquisitions, new market launches, and organizational growth.
• Coordinate system implementations, vendor relationships, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Partner with business leaders to identify process gaps and implement measurable operational improvements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans while managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with data teams to support dashboards, reporting initiatives, data validation, and system integrations.
• Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and continuous improvement efforts across multiple initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing projects within healthcare, healthcare technology, or other complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong background in process improvement, workflow optimization, or systems implementation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare operations, EMR/EHR, ERP, CRM, or workflow platform experience.
• M&A integration or enterprise transformation projects.
• Experience with data mapping, reporting, dashboards, or SQL.
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar project management certification.
• Experience using Monday.com, MS Project, or comparable project management tools.
