Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years project management experience.
• Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with workflow documentation and process mapping.
• Basic experience with cost-benefit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple operational projects with key stakeholders.
• Defines scope, timelines, resources, and objectives during intake.
• Documents workflows and maintains project schedules, risks, and assumptions.
• Identifies and escalates project risks and supports mitigation strategies.
• Uses KPIs to assess effectiveness of initiatives.
• Applies PDSA, LEAN and rapid cycle improvements.
• Coordinates communications and prepares status reports.
• Supports post-project reviews and lessons learned.
• Builds relationships with project owners and leaders across departments.
• Maintains project templates and tools for consistent execution.
• Supports advancement of project management practices.
