Job summary

Gonzaba Medical Group in San Antonio, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead projects within the Operations Excellence Team. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires 3+ years of project management experience, a relevant degree, and PMP is highly preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana or MS Project is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years related work experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• PMP is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and project control tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through all phases of project life cycle – definition, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout – with proper documentation of scope, budget, and schedule.
• Facilitate project meetings: set agendas, track actions, and distribute notes.
• Manage projects across GMG departments including IT, Construction, Process Improvement, Vendors, and Business Operations.
• Meet and exceed KPIs as identified by supervisor.
• Drive stakeholder management and collaboration with internal and external partners.
